Day 5!
Booked a tour with Go-West and off to Philip Island. Tour guide of the day was Lee and boy, he reminded me so much of Steve Irwin. (No kidding!) And here’s the itenary route: Panny’s Chocolate Factory - Helicopter Ride (additional) - Koala Conservation Center - Philip Island Winery - The Noobies - and finally Penguins Parade.
Side note: I thought the highlight of the day was the penguins till he decided to suprise me with an impromptu decision of taking a helicopter ride. Totally head over heels about it, thank you :’)
And now, photos coming through! Shall add abit caption this time.
I love Flinders Station.

Tour guide picked us up from Rendezvous Hotel and off we go! *pics taken from the mini van*

The bridge that connects to the Philip Island. But first thing first,

Let’s grab a bite @ bakehouse.

Jam tart that I ordered. Abit tad sweet though :/

First stop - Panny’s Chocolate Factory. It’s pretty interesting I would say. Lots of creations are done with well of course, you guessed it - chocolates. Fun fact - the owner, is actually a Malaysian.

All done with chocolates complete with a train that actually runs around the miniature chocolate town!

I want that.

Jonna & Nichelle are having fun at the chocolate machine.

Tons of chocolates.

The tour guide decided to get us out from the chocolate factory 10 mins earlier than others so we were on time for our long awaited helicopter ride!

The interior + pilot’s hand

And here we are, up in the sky. What a gorgeous view. Beyond words.

And that’s the Philip Island F1 circuit! Magnificent.

Our pilot of the day - Nathan. Thank you :)

And off we go - to the koala conservation center. Well, I’m lucky enough to have a koala that ‘pose’ for my camera.

Busy eating.

Come on, look at me please.

And here you go. Lovely :)

3rd Stop - Philip Island Winery!

All prepared. Love the bread + jam instead of the wine. #jokes

Next - The Noobies. Love the sky + cloud. Perfect combination :)

No pictures were taken at the penguins parade (obviously, because the flash will blind them) They are just way too cute, imagine marching in a group of 8-10. Beyond cute.
Back to Flinders Station again and that’s a wrap for day 5!
